A Gathering with Dr. Elder Roy Bear Chief of The Blackfoot Confederacy
A Gathering with Dr. Elder Roy Bear Chief of The Blackfoot Confederacy
There are stories in the land,
in the materials we touch,
in the breath between people who sit and make things together.
Some stories sit until we are ready to listen,
Some ask us to unlearn, to loosen, to soften,
Some invite us to carry new responsibilities forward.
Attendees are invited to enter into an small group learning encounter, led by Dr. Elder Roy Bear Chief, where story, land, relation, and making will guide us into a different way of noticing the world.
There are two sessions;
January 15th 6:30-8:30pm OR
February 5th 5:30-7:30pm
All proceeds will support the Creative ReUse Project, a collaboration with Common Digs and the Calgary Reggio Network Association.
These sessions are eligible for ECE PD and Time Release Funding from the Alberta Government.
