Experience Forest School
Camps and Recreational Programs

These programs operate in a variety of locations and contexts in Calgary. They provide an opportunity for children and families to experience Forest School programming on a short term and seasonal basis. These programs do not receive any government grants or subsidies but we work hard to make them affordable and accessible for everyone.

IMPORTANT NOTE - These programs are on hold for Fall 2025. Learn about our Forest School Licensed Childcare Centres and our new process art class for preschool-aged children at the ReImagine Centre.

Parented Classes

For children ages 18 months - 4 years old and a parent or caregiver.

Unparented - 2 hours

Supporting children ages 4-5 years old as an introduction to an unparented class and our Forest School program

Homeschool

For children ages 6-10 years old that still enjoy play in nature, are looking for social connections and learning about their environment, arts and basic woodland skills.
